By accessing or using the HVAC Direct website (discountaircons.co.za) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of HVAC Direct (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (Reg. No. 2024/000000/07).

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the current rate of 15% unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product specifications, colours, and dimensions may vary slightly from those shown. We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Products marked "Price on Application" (POA) require a quote — contact us on 081 600 1092 or [email protected].

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is received and verified. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and card payments via Ikhoka. Card payments attract a 2.7% processing surcharge. EFT payments must be received within 48 hours of placing an order, failing which the order may be cancelled. All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock after payment, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange, or backorder.

Delivery is available nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to major centres from R350. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available from R650. Free click & collect is available from our Johannesburg warehouse. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. All products carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the product page. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, physical damage, or misuse. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, HVAC Direct (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software, is the property of HVAC Direct (Pty) Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. These terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
