Free Delivery on Most Products
The majority of our product range qualifies for free nationwide delivery. However, certain brands and oversized or heavy commercial units may attract a delivery charge depending on your destination. Where a delivery fee applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Our offices are dedicated exclusively to our sales, customer support, procurement, and administration teams, who are available to assist you with expert product advice, quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.

Our products are professionally warehoused and distributed through trusted fulfilment partners operating secure logistics facilities across South Africa. This allows us to maintain a broad product range while ensuring efficient order processing and reliable nationwide delivery.
Collections by Prior Arrangement
For customers who prefer to collect their orders, collection can be arranged once full payment has been received and cleared. As all collections take place from secure third-party fulfilment facilities, advance security authorisation is required.
To ensure a smooth collection process, the following must be submitted before collection can be approved:
- Full name of the authorised person collecting the order
- A valid South African Identity Document or Driver's Licence
- Vehicle registration number of the collection vehicle
Once the required information has been received and security clearance obtained, our team will confirm the collection address, date, and time. Collections are strictly by appointment and cannot be accommodated without prior approval.

Do you deliver large commercial units?
Yes. Commercial units such as cassette, underceiling and floor-standing air conditioners are delivered by our specialist freight partners. Delivery is to ground floor / kerbside — please arrange suitable off-loading equipment for heavy units.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
What if my unit arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery before signing. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 24 hours on 081 600 1092 or [email protected]. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Do you offer installation with delivery?
We offer professional installation services across Gauteng. For other provinces we can recommend accredited installers in your area. Add installation to your cart or call us to arrange.
What are your delivery cut-off times?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Express orders must be placed before 10:00 AM for next-day delivery to major centres.
Do you deliver to farms and remote areas?
Yes, we deliver nationwide including rural areas. Delivery times to remote locations may be longer (5–7 business days) and a surcharge may apply. Contact us for a quote.
